Compassion as a business tool

“Ensure that they leave more satisfied than they entered,” is something that keeps repeating in my mind whenever I meet someone new.

We have a deep urge to be thoughtful and affectionate as humans. Love, affection, and other similar terms are commonly used, but they have different meanings.

Spirituality, which is a synonym for love, encapsulates the ideals of caring and affection that can be extended to organizations and businesses. It includes human life, interpersonal relationships, and personal values.

Emotion, in addition to hard work and determination, plays an important role in the industry. While it is a competitive environment, compassion should prevail. The working environment is a competitive world where everyone is preoccupied with their business lives. This, however, is not the best way to live. For any business to succeed, we must work with a strategy. Affection must be used in addition to all other proven techniques in this area. When along with competition, sentiments are there in a business it allows people to focus on other people for their benefit, which is the true nature of a true company. To do so, the client-agent relationship must first be maintained. Company must be mindful of the client's personal information. Spending time with them outside of work to learn about their lives demonstrates that you care about them as individuals and that they are more than just hired hands. This helps to improve the relationship both in business and in person.

Giving attendant a pat on the back for a job well done would also make them feel respected and encourage them to continue doing what they are good at.

Spend time helping your team with work-related issues. These gestures do not require a lot of time or effort. They do, however, clearly demonstrate companies sincere gratitude for their workers. As a result, we must refrain from seeing other business officials as rivals and instead work with them in their best interests.

When my sister and I started this business, I had just one goal “to make more relationships than money”. Of course, we have earned our fair share of sum but most importantly our customers are more like an extended family to us. When we treat someone with love, no money can compare to the level of satisfaction we earn. It has been the most influential tool in our business and helped us bond with people. We followed our hearts and converted our dream and passion into reality curated with so much love and dedication. Always giving our best in what we do and how we do it. Compassion rather than the competition has helped us grow so much, help us reach where we are today. Connecting with people has made me learn so much from each one of them. We never just thought about profit but also how we can make our agent's feel at home, how we can be better at what we do, how can we bring smile on maybe just one person’s face every single day. Business for us works with love and not just for money.
